Three convenient locations

HDPC has three convenient locations to serve you here in the High Desert, Hesperia, Victorville and Apple Valley. All offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to noon. For after hours or immediate care, the Victorville and Hesperia offices offer Urgent Care Centers.

HDPCMG Communication Center

HDPC is pleased to announce the opening of the NEW Communication Center. Now when you call in you are going to talk directly to HDPC personnel that have been specially trained to assist you with all your questions and concerns from making an appointment to communicating information to your Provider. The hours for the call center are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 6:30 pm the contact numbers remain the same 760-241-6666 or 760-381-7700.

T-dap Immunization Clinic

HDPC is scheduling a T-dap Immunization Clinic that is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. As of July 1, 2011, California law requires students age 11 & up entering grades 7-12 to show proof of immunization with the T-dap (whooping cough) vaccine or they will not be allowed to enroll.
